Where the heck is OneUI 8

It supposedly released a week ago for me (U.S.) and I still haven't gotten it. My watch has OneUI 8, but not my phone. I checked the beta and checked for updates in settings. Nothing. I don't know what to do at this point. Any tips or "try this" are appreciated.
