Recommendations in Edinburgh for a first time solo traveller (F30)?

Trying my luck here as a F30 looking into a weekend trip to Edinburgh. Any recommondations for «must sees» or acitivties?

I’m an architect and into the cultural aspects of the city i.e. architectural gems, museums, historical walks, book shops, craftsmanship, hiking or great food experiences. Just to give a hunch of what type I am. But any input or recommendations would be warmly welcomed!
