How do I fix a broken stylus?

I got a picasso tab for Christmas this year and it's been great! My stylus cap broke for whatever reason and won't stay on while I'm drawing it cartoonisly pops off mid line I tried taping it down but it still won't stay on. How else can I fix this without getting a new pen?
