Anyone here ever build a small, disciplined team from scratch — like a “core unit” for a brand or training compound?

I’m in the process of forming one, and it feels like recruiting for a long-term op. Loyalty, skill, and mindset all matter more than hype.

For those who’ve done this — how did you filter out the talkers from the doers?
