Anyone have issues with Mission 3 campaign?

Trying to get the trophies for the campaign before losing myself entirely to the online. No issues until mission 3.

I was able to get the collectibles, however the completing mission did not pop nor did the “shoot 3 mines” in the opening. Gonna keep moving forward and hit it during replay after finishing but just curious if anyone else ran into an issue.
