Any Autistic gamers struggle with PVP games?

I'm just curious to see if it's just me or if it's a wide spread thing across the community but for years I've really struggled with pvp action in my gaming time. I tend to not be good alot or I take things far to personally if I'm not winning. Not in a egotistical way but rather just I get super upset, faster than I'd like. Sometimes I'd find myself avoiding it at all costs and not bothering with it. And there's times where I'm forced to engage like day z or sea of thieves I find my heart racing and I start shaking slightly in my arms.
