Michigan OOS administrative review

Does anyone know how far behind Michigan is on OOS administrative reviews? We turned all of my husbands stuff in (we are in Indiana) on August 4th and haven’t heard a word. He was denied last year and it didn’t take this long.

He emailed them in September inquiring about it and they just said they were backed up and would get to his in the order received. He’s up for a promotion at work and they would really like him to have his license. He’s been sober 2 1/2 years now and going strong.
