Question about having app on ios and android for new user

So I have a iphone and samsung tablet, currently i only have the app on my phone and im not really getting that much surveys which is probably expected since its ios. Im just wondering so if i download the rewards app on my tablet and with the same google account, im aware that on android it goes to google play credit and is a whole seperate balance which is fine, but I just want to know that can I use the rewards app on both devices simultaneously?
