Too late to apply to more programs?

I applied to many programs, around 120. I wanted to apply more but i couldn’t afford to. Recently I came across some money as a gift and I wanted to see if I could apply to more programs now, or is it completely too late? Some programs have their deadlines listed on their website, but not sure if they would ever refresh their page to even check new applications.
