Ink game just stole my money

I can't understand anything. Lemme explain. First I wanted to lock in as a guard and spent 300m robux and when I tried to enter it told "max players as a guard", but they gave me 1 free credit, so I rejoined and tried to play as a guard AGAIN. And guess what? IT TOLD MAX PLAYERS AS A GUARD AGAIN. I MEAN WTH, HOW IT CAN BE MAX PLAYERS AFTER A 5 SECONDS GAME STARTED. IM LITERALLY MAD RIGHT NOW. Can someone explain what does it mean and how can I handle this?
