Extorris rex/E-Rex is the first of its kind, one of MENAGARIE's new "Super-Theropods" that push the absolute mechanical limit of an animal like it using two of their heaviest hybrids that have proven their efficacy, supported by gene therapy to reduce as much weight as possible. Coupled with lightweight, sturdier bones, better muscle and cartilage support/transitions, all rolled into a facultative biped, and we have ourselves a hybrid that sits somewhere in the range of 5% above what's theoretically possible for a massive theropod before its body collapses under its own weight - at least without essential gene therapy.
Given that Zulfikar is primarily a quadruped, supported by four robust limbs, its facultative bipedalism is reserved for rearing (22ft) - either to intimidate or for grappling. While it can function as a biped albeit poorly, it's prefered locmotion is quadrupedal (18ft). Making it a true biped would be in my opinion, impossible. Where weight can be saved, is saved making it a good 600lbs lighter than its intended rival. Whether or not it will stand the test of time like Azrail and Sannaja remain to be seen.
