Outrageous overdrawn fees

I called over five days ago on several fraudulent charges was told they would put a stop to not acquire extra fees, and they would temporarily give me funds in the meantime to cover the fees. Woke up today to yet ANOTHER overdrawn fee. What a shady company and practice.
