What are the rules for gyaru?

I’m still a teenager(almost an adult) but I really want to become a Gyaru. I’m super interested in the lifestyle and fashion! I want to do it right so I want to know things that I have to do to become a gal. Are there certain things I need to do to my hair, makeup, or clothing? ☺️
