Giving permission

I gave myself permission to wear sunglasses in Walmart and try not to think about what others thought!

Let me tell you wearing sunglasses in stores is a game changer. I just left and I usually feel overstimulated and will usually spiral. But I don't feel that way at all. I wore my loops also. It feels good. I will try and embrace this more often.
