Performance and FPS drop FIX.

I heard alot of people had problems with the performance that was worse than the beta, including myself. Big FPS drops and fps tanked in half in some scenarios. It seemed like a VRAM leak problem (as it was way to high and fluctuated like crazy) , and then cpu usage falls down because of too much VRAM being used than intended.

- I Turned OFF the EA launcher overlay, and it seems fixed (atleast temporary). VRAM usage is almost half of what it used before and everything runs at almost double the FPS.

I play on steam if that has relevance. Try it and good luck!
