How do people manage when they run out of benzo?

Hi,

This isn't a sourcing question just generally impending emergency of what do people do who dont obtain benzo via prescription& their source dries up. So take high doses of benzo and z drugs (z drugs are prescription by GP) so ignore that for now. Diazapam isn't & i get online. I've know idea what an earth I got last time but don't think it was Diazepam but clearly wasn't thinking and took it as thought it was better than going cold turkey and now I think my source has dried up. It was the only source I had and known.

I can't work the dark Web to try and find sources (I know online is not idea but it's all I have). I am going to taper and have a plan in place but its very very slow and I'm physically and mentally unwell and kindled and been in tolerance for some time. I am moving house in the New Yeae so waiting until after I move to taper.

I'm UK based. I have a poor history of MH & being sectioned so do all I can to keep away from professionals. The diazepam I'm taking in the PM in 37.5mg so well above what the NHS would be able to prescribe.

My plan was 5% cuts, maybe even smaller as I'm so fragile but if I have no source I'm wondering what an earth do I do?

Any advice? Have people been in this situation before. I really wouldn't survive any kind of hosptial or rehab (and they will taper me too fast) and worried what going to the GP might trigger.

If anyone could offer any advice I would really appreciate it esp if you've had a similar situation in the UK and where to go (I appreciate that realistically there's nowhere 😬).
