Is missed period at 42 concerning?

I’m currently about 12 days late with no pms-y signs that period is coming. Not pregnant. I’ve had 23-28 day cycles for the last 7 years so this is really throwing me for a loop and making my health anxiety go a little crazy. Is 42 a normal age to skip a cycle or should I push for more testing?
