Chaol's turning point..

It’s been a while since I last posted here, but I was thinking about Chaol and how I can’t really pinpoint the exact moment when he realized that a lot of his worldview about magic, Adarlan, the conquests, the slaves, the Fae, etc. was just… wrong.

Or at least, when do you guys think he actually had that major reality check?

Basically, I wanna know when you think the truth really hit him in the face.
