UV Fullerton Room!

Hey guys! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. I’m in my last year of grad school and want to be closer to my internship. This place is super cute. My room is in a three bedroom apartment. If you look it up on the website, the layout is C3. Apartment is very well kept up and no issues with anything! Roommates (2) are pretty chill, everyone keeps to themselves and have their own schedules. Rent for the room is $1075. Shared bathroom with one person and you have your own sink. Utilities and amenity charge is $80/month. Laundry onsite. Pool, rec room and gym are provided! Room is available beginning 11/01 but if you need to move in sooner I can be out before the end of the month! Reach out if interested.
