Micro freeze in game

Hello guys !

I need help, I'm in training room and I notice some micro freeze.
I show the graph and sometimes there are these spikes.

I'm on:
-Ryzen 9 5950X
-RTX3070
-32G ram DDR4 3600 MHz
-Rog Strix X570-e Gaming

Does someone have any ideas ?
I tried multiples things, like Gaming mode on Ryzen Master.
There is no issue with temp because with the game open I'm around 70°C.
