culture surveys to surface issues I’m facing with my manager?

I work on a team with a politically conniving mediocre VP.

their time is almost up but will likely use others as “fall guys” before the shit hits the fan and she’s sent packing.

We have an internal CultureAmp survey and I want to use it to be brutally honest about feedback. No one else speaks up and I wanna leave direct feedback - how do I use this to maximize awareness around this VP’s incompetence to their bosses?
