Are Votann the most expensive army to build?

I dont see a lot of talk about it here but after you get away from the starter boxes and combat patrols (of which there aren't many) this army feels crushingly expensive to build, especially with the new price increases. Thunderkyn are now 80 points for 70$. Steel jacks are 90 points for 70$ Kapricus are 70 for 65$. Im doing the math and it would not be hard to spend 1200+ on a 2k point army now. I'm kind of eye balling space marines at this point. 1500 points can be had for 400-500 bucks and probably 2k for the same if you buy sprues on ebay and stuff. The prospect is starting to sour as it were.
