Experience with hydrosalpinx?

My gyn suspects hydrosalpinx and I am not sure how to deal with this. She also thinks i might have endometriosis and/or adenomyosis so she proposed laparoscopic surgery. I am just stressing about everything currently. Does anyone have experience with hydrosalpinx and how did this go for you?

I am also not sure whether I want surgery since I am so scared they do not find anything but at the same time I want to know my I am in so much pain and how I can get better
