AORUS RX 9070XT Power fluctuation

Have recently started using Afterburner and Rivatuner, one thing I have noticed is that my gpu power draw is fluctuating like crazy, but the performance overlay in Adrenalin doesn't show this. Not getting any sort of stuttering or anything though, is this something to be concerned about and/or how can I fix it?
