Advice on where to put money after 403b and ROTH IRA?

Hey everyone,

Just starting getting into investing/WCI. Was wondering what the next step would be after maxing 403b and ROTH IRA?

(Ignoring disability/life insurance, student loans, emergency fund)

Should I be transferring all my nonemergency fund money from my bank to a taxable brokerage account? I will also be getting married soon, should I have my wife (not in medicine) be opening up a ROTH IRA assuming we are below the income threshold? Thank you very much in advance
