American in the UK- help!

Hi! I just moved to the UK, and I have a prescription for estradiol from my time in the US. I'm trying to figure out how to refill this prescription here- does anyone have amy recommendations for private gender affirming care providers that will help me refill this prescription quickly? I didn't realize the wait times all over were so long and I dont want to run out of meds.
