friend's pc doesn't boot up anymore after putting 2 new ram sticks

he had 2 x 8 3600 mhz, he put 2 new 16 gb but now the pc wont boot on at all, he tried removing them, but the pc still didnt boot.

it doesn't even go to bios, there's literally no signal the display port to the monitor
