can i get freedom flex or unlimited before the 12 month period

i got freedom rise as soon as i turned 18 and have been using it responsibly for the past 6-7 months , and it says i need 5 months left to be automatically upgraded to freedom unlimited

is it possible for me apply to the flex or unlimited ( i want the sub) or do i HAVE to wait

also for the flex and unlimited do yall know if there’s gonna be a limited time increased sub anytime soon?
