19M, low testosterone and suspecting hypogonadotropic hypogonadism

Hi, ive been struggling with symptoms of low t and i suspect that i have hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. i have been to an endocrinologist but she dismissed me bc my levels were borderline. So my test results are 240-280ng/dl total T, 1.7 lh and 2.8 fsh u/L (right at the lower limit i guess), free t 6,5 pg/ml (lab range is 5,5-40), estradiol 24ng/L.

I had a late puberty, my dad and brother also had a late puberty and theres a family history of hormonal issues (growth hormone-testosterone deficieny and partial infertility). I have low muscle mass and feminine fat distribution. Even tough im not fat (5'11 and 65kgs) i have wide hips and thighs, i feel like fat primarily stores in my hips, glutes and thighs and its really bothering me. I also have little facial and chest hair. I sometimes experience low energy and depression but i dont know if its related to my testosterone levels. I dont have any libido or erectile dysfunction issues.

The endocrinologist saw these and said ''nothing pathological, its just late puberty (cdgp)'' and offered no treatment. I also had low vitamin D and have been taking vitamin d supplements for a while.

What should i do about this? thank you
