What's up with the event mission to nuke enemies?

Each nuke takes out so little enemies and can be used only once, yet the mission's 1st stage is 100 enemies.

Is that recharging or something in higher levels? Because at the moment that mission and the Demon ones (Less painful and stupid) are really far fetched.
