Donor egg challenges

Hello I am new here. Just looking for some positive experiences and encouragement as I am losing hope. My boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive when I was 40. We got pregnant right away but miscarried at 7 weeks. It took me another year to get pregnant but was a chemical pregnancy. We started IVF shortly after retrieved 9 eggs only 1 fertilized but no blast. During this round they found a polyp which they removed before starting A second round of IVf. This time retrieved 15 eggs 13 mature but again only 1 fertilized. I had AFC of 29 and AMH of 2.6 but was told the quality was poor which is why there was no fertilization.

I am currently 42 turning 43 next month so decided to turn to donor eggs as time was not on our side. We went to Spain a month ago for our donor egg cycles using a lot of 8 eggs and ended up with 4 blastocyst frozen. We were going to do a fresh transfer but they found another polyp so thought I should deal with that first. I came back to Canada and just had my saline ultrasound which confirmed a polyp and now I have to have it removed before I can do a transfer. Feeling so hopeless, defeated, tired and angry. I do not know how long I will have to wait for the surgery but it is very discouraging.

Anyone overcome something similar?
