Can a man with low testosterone levels still have normal libido?

Hello,

I (19M) have the symptoms of a man who suffers from low T: gynecomastia, almost no facial hair, low muscle mass, fat being stored in my thighs... but I do not have low libido. It's not hard for me to get hard at all, and there are days when I jerk off twice or thrice. Hence my question: can I suffer from low testosterone and still have normal libido? By "normal" I mean something that's expected from the average man. Aprecciate any response.
