Kioxia SD card on 1st slot?

Hello, i just bought a second-hand r36s (not sure original or clone) and it has a blackscreen problem. I checked SD on my phone and it doesn't even show up. I am gonna buy a new sd. Would a Kioxia Excercia be ok? Can i add another 64gb or 128gb one later?
