Am I Overreacting?

So my girlfriend and I are long-distance, and usually we talk a lot throughout the day. That’s what keeps us connected. But today, she completely went quiet after about 10:30 in the morning. No texts, no calls, nothing.

Four hours later, she finally tells me she was over at the neighbors having coffee — with two grown men. She’s older than me, and honestly, it just threw me off. I don’t think anything happened, and I’m not the jealous type, but it just feels really off that she didn’t say a single word to me the whole time.

If the roles were reversed and I went over to hang out with a couple of women for hours without saying anything, I know she wouldn’t be happy about it and would feel super uneasy. What also threw me off even more is that when she finally got back, she sounded happier and more upbeat than I’ve heard her in a while.

I’m not trying to control her, I just feel disrespected and left out.

Am I overreacting for feeling hurt and uncomfortable about this?
