“Do you want a cup of tea?” is not that much of a hard question!
It bothers me when people (mostly my husband) treat a simple offer of a coffee, glass of water, biscuit, etc. like it’s a life-changing decision.
I seem to spend ages standing there, waiting to shut the fridge door, while he overcomes the surprise of being asked a question that I will usually ask around the same time every day.
And if I make the mistake of saying something like “Do you want a drink?”, he’ll say yes and then be completely surprised when I then ask him what he would like!
Does anyone else share my frustration, or are you fed up with your impatient partner demanding quick answers?
