Very severe hirsutism

Hirsutism

Hi!

Has anyone else a very severe hirsutism? I have black long thick hair all over my body. And I’m scandinavian…. Whole back, shoulders, chest, upper arms, arms, hands, fingers, stomach, butt, thighs, legs, feet and even toes. I have a VERY wide spread beard that goes all the way to my cheek bones and neck and a mustache. Very few men have this big beard growing. Also got a thick unibrow. Honestly very very few men are even this hairy. Especially here in the nordic countries. I have looked up photos of serious hirsutism and haven’t found anything nearly as bad as mine. 😕I’m basically covered in black hair. The only place I wish I had more hair is my head. I have gone almost bald due the extreme male hormones. Which are higher than average male… I have been wearing a wig now for a year and i’m only 34. 😞 My endocrinologist admitted she has never heard of such a serious case. I shave my beard and mustache 3-4 times a day. It doesn’t even really help because the hair is so thick there is a stubble. I cover it with heavy makeup. It’s very limiting that I have to all the time think where I can shave the next time and if people notice the hair trough make up. And I have to apply it always again. Because of this I stay home a lot. During weekends I usually stay home and let the beard grow to give my skin time to heal. I also have a very bad acne. I pluck my unibrow and shave arms, hands and fingers every day. But you can still see the hair because of the thickness. It’s impossible to shave everything every day so I hide my hair with clothes. And how do you shave your back?! I’m very depressed and self conscious about all this. I go to therapy and we have discussed if I should just let the beard grow and wear what I want to. But I don’t have the courage! I have followed some bearded women in instagram. I’m extremely tired and desperate about my condition. If I grow the beard and mustache people will stare and make mean comments. And I don’t know what my employer thinks… Sometimes I dream of stopping wearing the wig and growing out my unibrow. This pcos is such a terrible disease. I’m very obese with bmi 64. So it’s difficult to exercise. Due to my weight I have arthritis in my knees and hips. My feet hurt too. I have type two diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I’m now starting ozempic. What do you think of a woman who has a beard and mustache and is very hairy? I’m a virgin and have never been on a date. 😞 I can’t let anyone see me naked. What would you do in my situation? Should I go all out and be bald and hairy with unibrow? I’m worried I get confused as a man. I have a very deep voice because of the severe hormonal imbalance. I also have clitoromegaly. Don’t feel very feminine…
