Suddenly really sick after taking PrEP?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Couple of weeks ago I went for my usual PrEP refill and checkup, as my old stuff was out of date.

Have been taking it for years and have never had a problem. I do 2-1-1 and even taking the new pills the day before sex I was fine. However, the day after I was pretty sick, but just put it down to dodgy food or something. BUT took it again yesterday to prepare for a hookup and was violently sick again this morning.

Anyone experinced something similar? Is it just the new bottle or could it be something more serious? Will get tested again next week but just need some advice lol
