¿Universidad Autónoma de Madrid or Universidad Complutense de Madrid? Potential International Student Here
I (25M) am hoping to have the option to pick one of these two universities sometime soon, but I realized that there is a major difference in distance when it comes to these universities and the main center of Madrid. I want to know what life is like when going to school at UAM versus UCM. I really like the program I am applying to at UAM, but I would really prefer being closer to everything in Madrid. Is UAM really that far? If I go to UAM, would I struggle to enjoy the riches that Madrid has to offer? I don't want to go to Madrid just to complain about not being close enough. I need a real honest vibe check here. Please and thank you.
