Independent shoppers vs store shoppers, who wins the future?

Shop and deliver, who is gonna win the future? Independent online shoppers? Or the store employee shoppers?

It’s true most dashers are food delivery guys who don’t know how to shop groceries and many even hate, that they don’t even activate the red card needed for shop and deliver orders.

However, those who choose to be shoppers are serious about how fast and efficient they work and don’t waste time.

Whereas, most store employees have the employee mindset, meaning they know regardless how fast they work, their pay is the same, actually the faster they work, the less work they will have, cutting their own hours. So they work real slow. Also there are shoppers, then warehouse employees to gather the order items once the delivery car arrives, then they have to pay the delivery people. So much time and unnecessary steps for instore shop and deliver system. Plus they often use their own profit for the whole thing, so they make less money than outsourcing it to DoorDash/ubereats, etc…

So who’s gonna take over the future of online shop and deliver?
