Replacement Roommate Needed!

Hey everyone! I’m a graduating senior looking for a male roommate to take over my lease from January 2026 to May 2026 at The Pointe Apartment Complex. I’m graduating early, so I need someone to move in by January 2026.

About the apartment:

• 4-bedroom apartment, one person per bedroom (all independent)
• Each bedroom has its own lock and private attached bathroom
• Large bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling mirrored closets, desk & chair, bed, and all appliances included
• Walkout patio shared in the apartment
• My room has 2 windows (compared to the usual 1) for lots of natural light
• Laundry included in the apartment
• Full kitchen and living room shared among roommates
• Modern and fully furnished
• Rent**: $845/month (utilities per bedroom, shared spaces split among roommates)**
• Free parking (covered parking extra), CATA bus pass included

Amenities & Location:

• Clubhouse with pool, gym, and study area with free printing
• Walmart and other shopping facilities extremely close
• Bus stop right in front of the apartment
• Close to campus

About us:

• 3 chill roommates (all guys, seniors)
• Easygoing, respectful, clean environment
• Prefer someone male, responsible, and no smoking, alcohol, or weed

Move-in date: Ideally as soon as I graduate, but no later than January 1, 2026.
