Creepy Guys in IPU Main Campus

Apparently there are so many creepy guys sitting near the Central Library and Wisdom tree in Main Campus who keep staring at me and other girls and make them uncomfortable. They're literally guys who leave their classes just so that they can keep watching girls all the day. Do these guys even have any form of self respect? No one's gonna let you hit lil bro, go get a life ffs.
