Fishing world

I am looking for the best biome to catch heavy fish in so I can get good pets from the contest. So i’ve noticed that in the final biome, the fish cost the most but also they are not as heavy, but in biomes like Scorchy shore they aint as expensive but can be much heavier. Any tips and tricks on tge best biome or just fishing in general?
