High fps fortnite budget

I'm just curious on what the minimum specs I would need to run fortnite on 240 fps consistently in game on a PC, I play low settings with performance mode and I will optimize the PC and do some tweaks to increase fps. I just want to know how much I would need to spend on a CPU and GPU to easily run 240 fps in game.
