Best way to get good quality jewelry

Hi everyone,

I've recently been pondering about getting cufflinks to go with my dark green suit, the idea would be to have a dark purple stone in a square shape (a radiant cut for example) with gold accents for the frame. But I have no idea where to look for it, is there a particularly known brand that does good jewelry (that won't cost 10k$ T°T) in this style? or do I need to have it custom made, if so any known jeweler you guys recommend? And what should I expect as a price point for these specifications?
