What would happen if the events from the incredibles happened in the boys universe?

What I mean is what if Voughts shady dealings were revealed to the public in full or what if supers started getting lawsuits filled against them and the goverment decided to completely ban all supers(i dont care if this part isnt realistic so i dont wanna see any replies saying "supes would never be banned in the boys"), and after 10 or 15 years syndrome starts operation kronos to kill every super imagineable? What supe would be his Mr Incredible, what supe would be targeted first, what supes would or wouldnt beat an omnidroid, and if any of them could find out about operation kronos and potentially stop it.
