Desperately seeking the name of an Italian restaurant that closed in Eastern Market a while back

My dad is recovering from surgery and is desperate to have me try to recreate an arugula salad dressing that was served at an Italian restaurant in Eastern Market that used to be next to the Ben and Jerry's there. I was sure he meant Aqua II - but he is insistent that it was next to B&J.

Any help would be appreciated as this is driving him crazy not to have the one thing he's craving and me crazy for not being able to remember!
