Advice for a Campus Visit (Applying for a Tenure Track Role)

Hi everyone!

I am applying for a tenure-track position in a business school. I have made it through the on-campus visit phase of the selection process where I am scheduled to meet with department leaders (a session with each of them), socialize with some department staff. I have been in a similar role before but the selection process was a bit different. So I was wondering if you could share some tips/advice on navigating this part of the selection process.
