What is the best way to find out what trace genetics I have from my Jewish side?

Hey guys! I've never taken a DNA test before, so I have a pretty clean slate to start from! I am Jewish from my paternal grandpa's side, and I was wondering what trace genetics I can find from being a Jew? What can I expect? Greek, anotalian, mesopotamian, Italian, Chinese, etc? And what is the best ways to figure it out?
