"Factory" service manuals

Has anyone bought one of these "factory" service manuals for their Veloster?

I have the somewhat ubiquitous 2012 service manual, but that doesn't seem to cover the turbo engine and any possible minor changes to my 2017. The one above claims to be as specific as possible to your model car and also theoretically includes the electrical wiring manual with diagrams, etc. I'm curious if anyone bought one, what they think of it's layout and such (supposedly they're all in PDF form), and if you think it's worth the $70 over what is out there floating around.
