Expedition medicine elective

Hi all, currently in the process of planning my elective for this summer.

I’m really interested in the following branches of medicine, and would really appreciate if anyone has had an experience arranging an elective in these fields!

Expedition medicine, wilderness medicine, PHEM, mountain/high altitude medicine, rural community medicine

Additionally, if anyone knows of any organisations or hospitals, that’d be great too :)))
